Which law applies

The operator is established in Spain, so Spanish law governs this service. The server is rented from a provider in another EU country, which does not change that: under the country of origin principle in the e-Commerce Directive, a provider is regulated where it is established rather than where its servers are.

The GDPR applies in any event. The supervisory authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
